1. Whom should I contact regarding flight tickets?
SEPC will provide return economy class air tickets to the hosted delegates. On receipt of you registration, our travel agency will be in touch with you for booking the tickets.
2. How should I reach the hotel from the airport?
Organizer/SEPC will provide complimentary pick and drop from airport to venue and back to airport.
3. Who will organize my VISA?
You can apply for an e-visa directly via the link: https://indianvisaonline.gov.in/evisa/tvoa.html
SEPC will send a visa letter to the Indian embassy in your country with a copy to you.
4. How do I contact other companies in India?
If you are in touch with these companies and they are linked to this sector, please request them to participate in the event after registering as an exhibitor. Alternately you may share your wishlist with the organisers and we will invite them on your behalf.

5. How many nights’ stay will be paid/borne by the organizer/SEPC?
Organizer/SEPC will provide stay at the venue hotel on 7th -8th March 2019 (2 nights) for the hosted foreign delegate. Early check-in on 7th March and late check out on 8th March will be provided as per flight schedule requirement. In exceptional case with pertinent reasons, it can be extended maximum till 9th March 2019. The organisers decision on duration of stay will be final.
6. What will be the arrangement for the meals at the venue?
The hosted delegate will be provided Breakfast through the stay. Lunch and Dinner on 7th-8th March on complimentary basis. Apart from that, several options are available very close to the venue at walking distance.
7. What will be the program for the event?
B2B meetings will be organized from 7th-8th March 2019 and every hosted delegate will be required to do a minimum number of B2B meetings with Indian companies/exhibitors. Also, interesting panel discussions will be happening in parallel. Visit to Indian companies will be organized on 9th March 2019 for interested delegates.
